Flyers ideas concepts & Make MORE Money with your AVON Business!

Flyers are an inexpensive alternative to book drops or random delivery of your pricey catalogue.  Important tips are to keep it brief and easy to read.  Advertise a particularily low priced product and your contact info - ask them to contact you for a brochure.  This is the most effective method I have found to date for a decent response.

Right now Bubble Bath is on 2 for 9.99 - a great price for a legendary product - one side of your flyer this sale and your contact info and on the flip side the list of alternate uses for the bubble bath.

  1. Zillions of bubbles that leave NO bath tub ring.
  2. Does a beautiful job on washing cars, mobile homes, RVs, and boats.
  3. Great as a laundry detergent, no fabric softener needed.
  4. Better than "Woolite" for hand washing delicates.
  5. Heavily soiled laundry? Pre-soak in bubble bath for a few minutes. Can even remove ring around the collar and get the grease out of work clothes.
  6. Wash windows.
  7. Give pets a bath.
  8. Wash no wax floors.
  9. Wash dishes.
  10. Wash walls and ceilings.
  11. Clean bathroom fixtures and mirrors.
  12. Wash appliances.
  13. Use to shampoo carpets (whole room or a spot).
  14. Cleans chandeliers and light fixtures.
  15. Use bubbles and sponge to shampoo furniture or vehicle interiors.
  16. Cleans china, windows, etc. (all glass).
  17. Wash your plant leaves, they will shine. Then pour into soil as a fertilizer.
  18. Upholstery stains come out by rubbing with a damp cloth dipped in full strength bubble bath. Do not wet the sponge with water. Water may leave a stain, the bubble bath won't.
  19. Clean your jewelry - even costume jewelry.
  20. Splatter grease (butter too) on a good blouse? Put straight bubble bath on the spot, let sit a few minutes and wash. No spots!
  21. Wash Venetian blinds.
  22. Wash paneling - no rinsing, no streaks.
  23. Clean your eye glasses.
  24. Put some bubble bath and a bit of water in your potpourri burner.
  25. Clean your painted or real wood cupboards.
  26. Fill your pump "hand cleaner" in the bathroom and kitchen, as well. It's not antibacterial, but it sure works good and smells great!
Best of all, you can pick the scent you enjoy smelling, not the scent the makers of other products want you to smell !


Copy 150 or so and get out will get as many responses as you would a book drop but at a fraction of the cost.  Knowing that those that call are a sure thing and worthy of a book delivery.  Always fold your flyers with the sale visible...
If there are no mailboxes (some newer areas dont have home delivery) then roll and insert in the screen door handle, tuck in the window edge frame of the screen door, slide between the door and frame - get creative but never pass up a door for delivery - get creative.

Make More Money with YOUR Avon Business: Fundraising Options

If you are like me - you are not a big fan of door knocking.  I am uncomfortable with the push of selling to polite people.  Or perhaps my innate Canadian breeding has put me in such a position to be wary of offending anyone in their own home!

Here is an excellent way to go door to door as we AVON representatives are known for, and get the door open introduce yourself on behalf of a CAUSE!

We all have access to fundraising products and such and all the pertinent paperwork to assist community leagues, churches, schools etc to help with raing money for school equipment or books or other costs that are over and above their budget. 

Did you know YOU TOO can fundraise?  Raising your sales incredibly - and the best part? 

Getting OUT THERE! 

To knock upon a neighborhood door, with a choice of 4 items at a great price and the net proceeds got to a CAUSE!  You can contact the Diabetes Foundation, Autism, MADD, the choices are endless and choose one you would genuinely like to help or that touches your life in some way.  Ask them if you can make a donation and explain your fundraising effort.

You will have great bottom line sales, place yourself in a higher percentage with a higher products purchase, possibly tip you over the edge to STAR status or even President's Club!

You will also have made a great donation to a worthy cause.  Outstanding.

Lastly, you have left your name on that neighborhood as the Avon Rep (with a heart!) - and THATS the bottom line.
